Have you missed a payment? Or received a notice telling you it's a bit late? This is not the end of the world, in fact it's quite easy to make a catch up payment.
We have set out the three ways you can make this payment:
1. My Insurance - You can log into My Insurance and make a credit card payment to catch up.
Simply press "Pay Now" and you will be able to enter your credit card details.
2. Double Payment - If you do not make a manual payment, we will automatically attempt to take a double payment on the next due date.
Check out your invoice in My Insurance to see your payment dates.
Please note: this will only happen after the first missed payment, after that you will need to contact us.
3. Over the phone - And last but not least, you can always give one of our friendly team a call on 0800 800 444 to make a one-off credit card or direct debit payment over the phone.
